A bakery built on slow mornings
Bloom Bakery started with a small oven, a sunlit window, and the belief that a really good pastry can change the shape of a day. We bake everything in tiny batches, by hand, before the sun is fully awake.
Stop in for a cardamom bun and a flat white, stay for the soft music and the chairs that nobody ever wants to leave.
